Decorating Series Part 1
Hey Everyone! Here is a really good decorating tip for bulletin boards!
What You Need:
Bulletin Board
Tacks
Tissue Paper
Instructions:
Take your tissue paper and put a tack in each corner of it. Tack this onto your bulletin board, and see how it looks! I hope you enjoy this decoration as much as i did! Thank You for reading Bits and Pieces and i hope to post more decorating tips soon!
