YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING EQUIPMENT:
Kitchen Shears
2 Quart Slow Cooker
Large Wooden Spoon
YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS:
Half a red bell pepper
2 cups frozen chopped broccoli, Thawed
2 8-oz. containers ranch dip
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese*
TO PREPARE:
- Using Kitchen Shears, carefully chop the red bell pepper into enough little chunks to fill a 1/4 cup. Place the pieces into your slow cooker
- Add all of the other ingredients to the red bell pepper in the slow cooker. Mix with the wooden spoon.
- Cover and cook on low for 1 hour
*You may use any kind of cheese in place of the cheddar cheese

ReplyDeleteBlogger Girl, Piano Lover and I get together with our parents and some friends every New Year's Eve, and this dip is so tasty that we've made it for two New Year's Eves. It's so delicious! It goes well with crackers, peppers, celery, anything of that type!
